Our family Taekwondo program is created to strengthen ties within families and the best way in Cameron Park for families of all ages to lose weight and become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. You will learn simple, practical self-defense techniques to protect yourself and your children. You’ll reduce your stress, and with your new confidence, you will look and feel better than ever!
